  • Introducing: Falcon Grove

Falcon Grove was founded by David Grover in 2015 to capitalize on how technology, especially digital media distribution, is changing the way we create and consume content.

We produce feature-length films whose success is not just measured by the big screen, but that the people that took 90+ minutes out of their lives felt it was time well spent.

  • Our Base of Operations: The Netherlands

We believe the Netherlands is under-utilized by international filmmakers. Stunning settings and attractive incentives, together with a large pool of English-speaking film professionals, provide all the ingredients necessary to support high quality film production. Falcon Grove is well placed to assist in exploring the Netherlands as a production location.

  • It's Possible: Commercial Success & Stories that Matter

In our view, the film industry is too quick to classify films as "Art-house" or "Commercial", and too many filmmakers feel their artistic vision will be compromised if they are forced to "cater to the masses." At Falcon Grove, we believe the best films live at the "Art-house/Commercial" intersection. We believe this can be achieved with smart multi-layered story telling. The artistic vision won't be diluted - it will be reinforced.

Why Falcon Grove?

The Falcon is the fastest moving creature on Earth, capable of diving at speeds of over 300km/hr, and has exceptional powers of vision. It symbolises the agility and speed necessary to thrive and survive in today's independent film production landscape.

Our pipeline

Our pipeline is story-led and genre agnostic. It's a result of our goal to connect with an audience that has seen it all, but still wants to be immersed in worlds they've never experienced before.

Blindfold Vision, Psychological Thriller (packaging & financing)

When a mob enforcer tries to recall being held hostage, both he and the police question his clouded recollections, amplified by having mysteriously gone blind and his captor being his own double.

Frankie & Chair, Children's Animation/Live Action (packaging & financing)

When an introverted boy moves to town to overcome a family tragedy, his relationship with his best friend, an armchair, is threatened by the intrusion of a girl from his class. Life is turned upside-down on a journey towards new friendship, mirrored in a comic book written by the boy and the chair.

Final Burn, Drama (development)

A satellite company heads for bankruptcy, its last hope riding on its riskiest launch yet. The odds are long for a team of executives set up to take the fall. Can the launch, can they, achieve Final Burn?
